Mark’s Manhattan 2 oz Larceny Bourbon2 oz Bulleit Rye1/2 oz sweet vermouth1/2 oz dry vermouth2-4 dashes Angostura bittersBourbon-soaked cherriesFor normal drinkers, feel free to halve the drink. Seen here are Maker’s Mark soaked cherries, which are sadly no longer being made.Mark: “I’m a fat man, I pour big drinks. We drink it up of course, because we aren't savages. If you do it right, it JUST fits in a large martini glass.” Melon Pan 2 oz Rye1 oz Midori1/4-1/2 oz fresh lemon juice1/4-1/2 oz 1:1 simple syrupThe Melon Pan is experimental, so feel free to play with the ratios and make it your own.
